Biology 125 – Marine Biology (4.0 Units) Spring only
Marine plants and animals, with emphasis on local organisms and their ecological adaptations. Laboratory introduces particular habitats in the littoral zone during low tides. Satisfies SBCC General Education requirement in Natural Sciences. (Transfer: CSU; UC transfer limit: Biology 125 and 126 – combined maximum credit, one course.) Satisfies SBCC General Education requirement in Natural Sciences. Skills Advisory: Eligibility for English 110. •Three hours lecture and three hours laboratory weekly. |
